Governance Structure
- The Board of Directors has established a Strategy and Sustainability Committee to coordinate ESG strategic objectives.
- In 2025, the proportion of female members on the Board increased to 28.6%.
- The Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration and Appraisal Committee are each chaired by an independent director, with independent directors constituting more than half of their members.
Business Ethics and Anti-Corruption
- AIKO Yiwu Base has obtained ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System Certification.
- Conducted 10 integrity training sessions for sensitive positions, with an average training duration of 1.5 hours per person.
- The Integrity Cooperation and Anti-corruption Agreement was distributed to 398 major suppliers, and a total of 445 integrity questionnaires were completed.
- No litigation cases resulting from violations of anti-corruption policies have occurred in the past three years.
Information Security and Privacy Protection
- AIKO Yiwu Base has obtained ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Certification.
- Employee coverage rate for data security and privacy protection training: 100%.
- Conducted 2 specialized information security training sessions for project teams and employees in sensitive positions, with a total of 8,849 participant-trainings.
- No incidents related to information security, data breaches, or customer privacy have occurred in the past three years, with no associated financial losses.
Risk Management and Compliance
- Established a “Three Lines of Defense” risk management framework covering four major risk categories: strategic, financial, operational, and compliance.
- Conducted 1 compliance training session with 122 participants.
- No significant regulatory penalties occurred during the reporting period.
Investor Relations and Transparency
- Published 117 exchange announcements and held 5 earnings briefings.
- Participated in over 300 investment institution research meetings.
- Revised the Investor Relations Management Policy and the Information Disclosure Management Policy to safeguard the rights and interests of minority shareholders.
